The Council Plan is one of the most important actions undertaken by a newly elected Council, as it reflects intended priorities and key actions over the four years term.

The development of the Council Plan, incorporates not only Councillor input, but also community, through neighbourhood conversations, surveys and a deliberative community panel comprising of a representative cross-section of our community.

This afternoon I joined Cr Justin Halliday in welcoming members of the deliberative panel and gaining an understanding of the priorities identified by our community.

Outcomes from the deliberative panel will be presented to Councillors as part of the development of the Council Plan.
